EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
MDD working together with the FIA Formula E series, focused on the specific assessed risk, and then provided the individual high voltage safety equipment needed to protect all participants in this new and challenging sporting environment. We also developed an externally accredited training program for all members of the 10 racing teams and FIA Formula E staff.
This included First Responder medical emergency and electrical and mechanical trauma response.
MDD also provided the Medical and Electrical Safety equipment and individual PPE. Our experts ensured the safety in the pit lane and provided the medical cover to all team members as well as manned extrication and medical car for all races around the world.
MDD developed the new MDD Motorsport Bag system for the FIA F1 Medical Car, meeting the requirements of the FIA Rescue Coordinator. The new compact approach, manufactured in cooperation with our Partner PAX-Bags, offers a Fast Response Doctors Bag, an advanced Immediate Trauma bag and a separate oxygen bag. To allow protected air freight transportation we also developed light cases for all bags for easy storage and safe transport.
MDD supplied the medical equipment for the medical helicopter during the Rally GB race weekend, meeting the requirements of FIA Appendix H, for rotary wing aircraft and the Chief Medical Officers request. We guaranteed the on time delivery of ready to use equipment including training on the products if unknown to the medical team or the aircrew.
